When it comes to my career, I tried a lot of things before figuring out exactly what I wanted to do and achieve. I hosted and produced my own radio show for 5 years (presenting up and coming hiphop artists). I tried writing in a newspaper, but that didn't last very long, I really hated it. I even tried managing a few artists, before realizing I was an artist myself!

I took my first photography course at 19, while studying Communications in university. It was just a basic black-and-white beginners' class, and I absolutely loved it!! Even so, I didn't figure out I could actually do this professionally until six years later, after a two-month backpacking trip to Europe. . . . As soon as I saw the shots I had taken, I decided to become a photographer. I went back to school and graduated from The College Marsan School of Photography in the fall of 2002.
