I came from a small village in Bavaria. At the age of 17 I started training as a hair/make up-artist.

A photographer asked me to do make up for him and also start as an Photo-Assistant if I wanted. It was great offer for me, I was very interested in doing both. So I did make up and assistance and worked a lot. That year was the reason for me to become a professional photographer, so I trained as a photographer, too.
