I worked in a portrait studio for 2 years learning studio basics and in 2007 went fully freelance. Although assisting along the way, I actively pursued commissions, worked on my portfolio and networked. I'm based in Leicester in the UK although it's my aim to have a studio either in Manchester (where I am from) work in London or go overseas and have some form of agency representation.
