Inhibitionism

I never started out with the intent of making my photography into 'Art' it just progressed into that from people's reactions to it. It has always ever only been a hobby, and sometimes a means of processing things that are happening around me. I guess because I've never expected anything of it, I can't say there have been any big breaks or disappointments.

I guess you could say my area of specialization is "Doll Murder" - pretty straightforward actually.

A hint on the genre? look for the fake Halloween blood that says 'washable' on the label... makes life so much easier.

I don't use a team, it's just me... cuts down on alibis though.

I do have a little work desk where I set everything up and make the 'sets' with Bristol board and pieces of scrapbooking paper for the walls etc. I started out using natural light wherever possible, but when the pictures started getting more detailed I moved on to using a flash bounced off the ceiling. Now for my latest work I am back to using natural light - I like the shadows it creates.
